GLOBAL MACROECONOMIC TEAM

Beginning this semester, the GMT will provide weekly briefings on current macroeconomic trends and events to the Research Team and Investment Board to supplement their industry and company-specific research. The curriculum for weekly team meetings will include lessons on finding reputable news sources, understanding how current events affect industry trends, and learning how to draw conclusions from data and figures. During these meetings, GMT analysts will compile weekly deliverables to present to RT and I-Board. The GMT provides new full members the opportunity to gain more experience and training before joining the Research Team and serves to accommodate our increasing membership.
